(Catfish Chowder Noodle Soup) Considered as "the national dish of southern Burma". It's a comfort noodle dish served at food stalls throughout the country. The broth is slowly cooked with catfish, onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and turmeric. The soup is garnished with cilantro, fresh onion, eggs, fried split peas, and lemon. Contains Burma Love Fish Sauce.
